Not making excuses, but I bring a healthy dose of skepticism to stories written about him because I have yet to read a story that didn’t appear to be a hit piece with a personal motive. It’s not like I can turn to the Washington Post or Bloomberg Radio to see how they’re covering him.

In the absence of clarity, I just enjoy the porn and try to shut out the noise.
