Everything about it makes it obvious NDS doesn’t care about the Ebony brand. The production is always of lower quality at Ebony, and any random scene from Originals or Buddies shows there’s a team with the know-how to put out great scenes but choose not to at the segregated site.

The set is sparse and amateurish with cheap props, wardrobe is equally as cheap and cobbled together from what I can only assume were racks from the local thrift store, and whoever was in charge of lighting RUINED the scene. What, they couldn’t have borrowed some softboxes from Originals so Ryan Russell didn’t looked washed out and Trent King overexposed. Those lamps were direct and harsh, and somebody on set should have known it was going to look like crap.

Gurl, watch yourself around that Ryan Russell. He robbed my homegirl Roberta and she ended up hitting her head against a pole. Later on, he snatched her wig and a pyramid earring while she was working as a magician’s assistant. That man is dangerous!
