Yes! I’ve mentioned this many times, especially with respect to SC.

And I’ll give honorable mentions to NY Undercover (which was about as urban as you could get, and featured lots of big name musical guests), Living Single and Roc. Fox was probably the most diverse network outside of UPN in the nineties.
