There was a “dog” scene in Skuff 2: Downright Filthy in 2003. It was with Jacob Scott, and Dick Wolf (pictured).

When the first scene came out for Skuff: Dog House I figured HH was expanding on that original scene.

Not really feeling the dog motif with respect to the already established Skuff brand. But beyond that this pairing is flawless.
