Okay, I’m not gonna claim I know so much about studio-model relationship, and this is just all my opinion (I assume people are already stalking this conversation we’re having about Dave). But as far as I know, studio exlcusives are not allowed to film to other sites. If NDS indeed filmed a scene with Dave while he’s still with CF, then that spells trouble for them. That’s probably why the scene was removed. Again, all assumptions at this point. I’ll patiently wait for an update regarding this whole situation.

It’s true, Dave has vastly improved. And I think it’s a combination of Corbin Fisher really listening to the viewers and Dave getting more and more comfortable doing porn.Everyhting about him seems better lately, especially his bottoming and sucking skills. I don’t think NDS is in any real trouble. Corbin Fisher probably came a callin’ and laid out some money and pointed to a few lines on a sheet of paper “Dave” signed. These porn exclusivity agreements are pretty difficult to enforce in a court of law. I really don’t know why studios bother with exclusives these days.

Now:

– Dave’s bottom/topping ratio is about equal now
– Bi scenes have mysteriously stopped happening
– Dave and Evan were paired up again which gave us a far better scene and Evan really showcasing his pounding skills
– Warren gave Dave a mouth cumshot

I’m with @disqus_6nRkGdeR7U:disqus on this one. It wasn’t technically a lie. Their answer was very vague, play-safe even. Pretty sure there are some behind the scenes stuff happening between NDS and Corbin Fisher right now that’s why they can’t give us a direct answer just yet. They’re not gonna give us a direct answer until everything was sorted out for sure, which in my opinion is the professional thing to do. The best thing to do right now is wait for official confirmation. Let’s not assume Dave’s still with/done with Corbin Fisher. But the scene already missing from NDS is pretty telling.

I think they were in the dark about Colt’s return to porn. People are going to believe what they want (including me). If people want to believe Dave has left or is pulling double duty then that is fine.
