It’s not a gay-themed show. It’s about the reality of reality shows (i.e. a soap about how they’re storyboarded and fabricated). It’s dark as hell but its really entertaining and features some solid eye candy.

If you’re looking for simulated gay sex in TV shows, I HIGHLY recommend Shameless (US). Sense8 and Looking also have some hot sex scenes.
