Luke is a gay trans man (meaning that it’s a person that has female genitalia but identifies and feels that they are more a man and is attracted to other men usually cis gender gay men). Just because a gay man has sex with a trans man does not mean he is Bi because he is attracted to masculinity of the trans man ( don’t let the vagina fool you). So it’s masculine on masculine sex (male on male sex). For Bi that’s more complicated some Bi guys might be into trans guys because they have the best of both worlds, masculinity and a vagina , but other may not because even though Luke may have a vagina, He identifies as a man and for some Bi men they want femininity when fucking vagina. This is why Some Bi guys will not be attracted to Luke ( a trans man) but be attracted to a trans women ( a man that changed into a women
) because they are feminine/ female. Hope that helps a bit.
