I’m so glad that the the only definition of racism is excluding others. Rosa Parks should have been happy she was on the bus at all. She was included!

And as for BLM, the point is to protest incidents in which the government treats black life as if it does not matter. When is the last time a grand jury refused to indict a black citizen who shot another black citizen who was unarmed? I’ll wait.

Idk. I don’t support BLM. I absolutely will not support an
organization hell bent on calling out other races, but
completely ignores their own self destructive behavior. If cops were dropping Black people like flies it’d be a different story, but you know who is dropping Black people like flies every day? BLACK PEOPLE. I’m all about perspective and priorities. With that said, I do acknowlege that the title of this video is tasteless. However, Michael Lucas is not racist because of it. Insensitive maybe, but not racist. Michael Lucas has supported diversity since I was like 16 in High School. I remember watching his videos and seeing the world (Black, White, Latino) from all countries. No other studio was doing this and most still aren’t. He continues to be inclusive. The Gay community is not inclusive, so the lack of support doesn’t surprise me.

Speaking only for myself, I will say that I thought better of Lucas before this. But I have had to rethink his inclusion of black models now based on this move.

And before Lucas says anything about the racism of other studios or their models (which I see called out on this blog often, actually), he would need to do some self-examination on why he turned BLM into a reductive joke about black cocks mattering instead of black people.

Michael Lucas is not racist. Why don’t you have that same energy when there’s a MEN update? MEN supports numerous known racist models and it falls on deaf ears for some reason. You guys are more upset about the title of a video. Sad.

Nope and nope. We’re (you and I are) not analyzing Trump. Not on this here porn page. We’re (you and I are) discussing your “suggestion, not an imperative” : “if *we’re* going to critique the politics of race in gay porn, let’s be fully circumspect.”

Suggestions are made and commands are given by an I to a you. You may remember that the subject you is “understood” in an imperative. It is also “understood” in your suggestion, “let’s be more circumspect, (you and I).” This is not complicated, unless you also have an alternative facts interpretation of Al Green’s “Let’s Get Married.” The “you” to whom he is speaking is all over that song. And the you to whom you were speaking was all of us who made negative comments about the title.

Use that same energy whenever you see a MEN update with a known racist model like Paul Canon, Damien Kyle, Brian Michaels, Phoenix Saint, etc.
