I suspect this was filmed in 2016 when Roman’s other scenes were filmed. LE seems to hold off releasing some scenes for a long time, a little like Belami. There is a Devin Franco/Hans Berlin/Ricky Verez scene filmed in Jan 2017 that is still to be released.
