I think it’s because, medically speaking, It’s easier to transmit STDs in anal sex because of the blood vessels there. There would be an issue if they did anal with the girl unprotected. Also vaginas have natural lubrication which makes lacerations less likely than with an asshole. But there is still a risk. Idk if there is a disclaimer that they tested safe
