No, you are right, Chaosmen use to be one of the top sites, or Top Amature sites (not that I ever completely understood the difference). I guess it still kind of is, but nothing seems to be a good as it use to be. Sean Cody is still hit or miss, but so is Corbin Fisher, and both seem more misses than hits these days. I also miss Randy Blue as they use to be the real porn site for good diversity in pairings and models. However, what can one do? Times have really changed I guess. As many of you may remember, AmateurStraightGuys, or ASG, existed for practically all of the 2000’s and was run by Doug and Jay, a real life middle-aged couple who frequently participated in the action (Doug in particular came off as a Jake Cruise type). The original site abruptly ended during late 2009. There were rumors that Doug was a nightmare to work for, stiffed models on pay and had anger management problems. Also rumors that he was addicted to drugs and other unsafe practices.

Doug and Jay also split during this time and Jay alluded that Doug had beat him physically. Jay founded his own website, JaysStraightGuys, in the early part of this decade, with some of the favorite models from ASG returning, but it never really got off the ground and despite many promises, JSG only put out a few dozen scenes (though many of them were hot).

ASG returned some time later (a few years later?), with a site redesign, but most of the classic vids were removed from the site. There were promises to put them back on, but that never happened, although they did start producing new content, with some of the models from the original site as well as new ones.

Not really sure what has happened in the last number of years, although I did stumble upon an article Doug wrote where he shunned his porn days and basically said porn was unethical. Rumor has it he is also a heterosexual now and a businessman working in another industry. In short, Doug is an ass.

No idea what the new site will yield, but I’m not getting my hopes up. Considering how much ASG and its various offshoots have promised to consumers in the past and not delivered, I don’t have high hopes. There seems to be a mixture of older and new content on there and some stuff I’ve never seen before.
