I had a weird body change during childhood because I was sickly that’s why I was never sure how I really was as a kid. I switched from chubby to skinny every year and it would show on my health records that I fluctuated between severely obese to underweight every year. But come senior year in high school, I became close with my buff straight friend who got me into working out and then it never stopped there. I used to never finish a single order of food then it changed to 2x or 3x an order. It was only 3 years ago I befriended a trainer and he got me serious into training and competing in physique and the hardest part of it was really the dieting. I only used to lift aimlessly before that and only bulked before meeting him. I still looove food so whenever I don’t have to compete, I get crappy with what I eat but I never go overboard. I alwayshad a 4pack but never a 6 because my diet was never strict before but it finally did when I reduced my carbs properly.

I think everyone carries their weight differently, and a lot depends on body type before you ever worked out. I was always skinny, so I never had the belly fat to begin with. Once fat cells are there, they are always there. My diet is far improved from my college days, but with the muscle structure I built in high school and college I probably eat more than anyone I know lol. Part of the real trick with abs – don’t work them more than three times a week. Over work is going to make them thick. Actually yoga, and stretching is better for those that want that super flat mid section.

I mentioned I had an appendectomy done before and the doc was surprised I had thick abs covered by a thin layer of fat but I always looked like I had a belly when I’m not on season. The muscle contributes on burning fat yes but around the gut area, diet comes into play. You could do all the core workouts out there but with a crappy diet, it will feed muscles and fat cells altogether. I get your diet dilemmas as I struggle with sweets to this day lol

Actually it is all about muscle. The more muscle you carry, the faster you burn calories. He can run his ass off, if he doesn’t build muscle he will be spinning his wheels. I’ve always been muscular, and if anything I need to pace my protein/carb intake to keep my body from going into starvation mode. At his height and structure, if he was lifting he’d look like an action figure by now. He does have good arm definition, but with arms that size if his workout was put together right he’d have pecs for days.

He is hardly fat by any stretch of the imagination, but if he really is dedicating that much time every week, he needs a trainer to give him some basics. He can’t be carrying much more than 10 – 15 lbs extra. He’ll need that just to make the gains.

I couldn’t agree more. The propaganda machine that social media has turned into is an entity unto it’self. It wouldn’t surprise me in the least to find out these models get bonus money for keeping that shit as “real” as possible. It also pays them in gigs they get because they represent the shit fest the studios are peddling.

Sad part is – I don’t see any of it ending soon, but it does seem to be attracting more and more of the top secret queer lust viewers. The segment of the population that fantasizes but will never publicly admit it. I have long suspected these “straight” scenes at Corbin Fisher are more a smoke screen for that audience to give them plausible deniability if the little lady ever wises up and checks the internet history.

The reason these guys still call themselves straight and think nothing of it is because people are so willing to accept that designation at face value. Those people are part of the problem.

I think it is multiple failures none the least of which is all of gay porn and it’s love affair with turning straight guys gay. Add to that a segment of the population so demonized by the negative connotation of the word they would sooner set their hair on fire than ever use it in their self description, seeing it as an attack on their perceived masculinity despite obvious behavior inconsistent with their argument.

Ironic that gay men chose to wear the title of what was historically a slur to begin with, certainly no other maligned group in history ever would – but whatever. Defiance has it’s price.

I have struggled with the idea of “actual” straight men doing gay porn, and have come to the conclusion it’s pointless to even guess what someone’s truth is. At the end of the day, they have to live with their decisions – I don’t.

Label phobia is real, even among gay society. If I had a nickle for every profile that used the terms “not gay acting”, straight acting”, blah blah blah, I could buy Mark Zuckergerg and make him my bitch.
