I will ask this however, is there an actual out and proud homosexual male porn model that isn’t either a mental case, is dealing with any kind of disease or a drug addict? I feel it’s quite amazing, if not sad as fuck, that more often than not gay porn is made by either bisexual/straight(or g4p as you wish) “models” or producers but those who are supposed to represent the genre catered towards them are sidelined to third world sites that will barely get an article over here or somewhere else or just look like average joes? Not even mentioning the way said content is made with any kind of degenerate premises and stereotypes, I feel kinda insulted ngl.

This is true, for many Transgender women this is as good as it gets. Maybe WB needs to change the name to “WB Butt sex Blog”, but that doesn’t really work either with Transgender men, the sex hasn’t been “in the butt”.

Ironically “WB” has never really been a “blog” by definition. They don’t render opinions, or make any assertions. The comments section really does all the actual “blogging”. The regulars here are more like contributing writers.

By definition Miran is a woman, so you have a valid argument – but ALL of these blogs turn on ad dollars. Capitalism doesn’t give a shit who is fucking who, as long as the pimp gets paid.

It might behoove WB to drop the “Gay” distinction, as it has for a very long time NOT been an exclusively “gay” content site. They could add a separate “WB straight/kink” blog, but to be brutally honest – people follow damn near everything these porn stars do like it’s a full time occupation, so even if there WAS a separate blog, there would still be someone in a gay thread bitching about this scene. (as an example)

Either way, I wouldn’t look for an epic change any time soon. Controversy sells better than porn does most any day of the week.

I agree this does nothing to stem the confusion many feel when taking this in. There are those among the transgender community that really wish this kind of thing never happened, the whole”chicks with dicks” picture evokes a part of them they prefer not to think about. You are also correct this does nothing but antagonize an already hotly contested situation.

The problem is that porn has been built around this for the longest. I don’t think there is any question this is not gay porn. It’s more like a fetishism, and the continued press it gets in places like this seems to be fueling the popularity. But once again, it all comes down to money.

For those who want to believe that things like scruples still matter, porn is not going to provide any warm blankets. The updates lately read like a laundry list for future predators, THIS is actually among the least of things gay men should be getting twisted over.

With the rash of incest and rape themed sites popping up? This is like the floor wax commercial.

I think the bigger question for these “Gay porn blogs” is whether alienating a large segment of their readership on the regular is really worth the few bucks.
