I think it’s easy to think of few employees who left on bad terms than to remember that there are countless models who left Corbin Fisher on good terms. In every company, there will always be a disgruntled ex-employees and Corbin Fisher is no exception. As for all the sexual favors talk, all I can say is we don’t know for sure. Personally, I’d rather not dwell on that kind of tea. Yeah, it’s been a challenging year for them no doubt, but I believe they can turn things around. They’ve produced some of the best scenes this year in my opinion so I know they’re trying to give their best despite the challenges. Oh, and for these old scenes, I wouldn’t worry about them. They’ve been releasing throwback scenes since they stopped CFS so this is totally normal. And I’m actually glad they do ’cause I haven’t watched most of them before.

Josh is married to a woman now. My gut is that he recently left Corbin Fisher as in the past month they rereleased two of his scenes. I think that is their way of being an ass to him for quiting on them.

Well, again, not me. People have been complaining about porn models since the beginning of porn. Yes, having social media and blogs makes it easier for models and studios to see the dissatisfaction for a scene in real time, but that’s not why “amateur porn” has suffered so greatly these last few years.

When sites like Corbin Fisher and Sean Cody and Randy Blue hit the market, the playing field was smaller. Less competition meant more subs, which meant studios could pay more to get the hunk next door to flash his wares on camera. You could also convince him to stay with your studio as an exclusive, because where else could he go and make this kind of money? With increased sites and the rise of tube sites, many studios find themselves with less financial resources to work with. Then you have to also factor in the camming industry. Models don’t have to make up excuses to sneak away for a few days to shoot porn. They don’t have to leave their own house. They also don’t have to deal with a studio or a manager and can set up their own fan account and put out vids when they want, cutting out the middle men.

And while social media has made it easier for these guys to market their work, it has also made them more visible. Gone are the days when a guy could sneak away for a few days to snag some secret coins or secret dick. These days their business is out as soon as a scene gets dropped. That most definitely has scared guys away. The prevalence of barebacking has to also be taken into consideration.

But one of the biggest reason why you’re seeing so many pros showing up on these sites is because “amateur” is in short supply. When Corbin Fisher went live, the internet wasn’t what it is now. Things were fresh and new and shiny. Seeing a hot guy next door type jerking it or fucking on camera was invigorating, especially if you came from a sheltered environment. Now porn is so much more accessible, hook up sites are a thing, and that titillating newness is no longer there. And the models aren’t amateur either. Most of them have already been filming their sexual escapades, or traded nudes, or whatever. We literally have kids growing up with tablets and smartphones in their hands. The “aw shucks, I’ve never done this type of thing before” is going to be hard to find, even for a model coming from East Bumblefuck.

Lots of things had a hand in murdering the industry. But bitching about models? That’s not what caused the problems we’re seeing today. And if you think all that amateur sex back in the day was unscripted, you’d be mistaken.

As Joni Mitchell sang a while ago, “Don’t it always seem to go you don’t know what you’ve got ’til it’s gone. They paved paradise and put up a parking lot…” Corbin Fisher is now one big parking lot.

Also, maybe I just expect more of Corbin Fisher. I used to think that way about Sean Cody also but they’ve simply gone over a cliff.

CF isn’t the only studio having trouble finding hot guys who want to stick around. It’s not just a Corbin Fisher problem.

A bunch of whiny, pre-adolescent queens that are hyper-critical of everything a studio produces. That model’s too short, that one has a mole, that one has a hair out of place, that one has a snaggly tooth, that one needs to bottom, that one needs to top, that model’s ass too long, too much hair, too scrawny, only a mother could love that one….

Amateur porn studios with real, amateur models having realistic, unscripted sex like Sean Cody, Corbin Fisher back in the day just could not satisfy your hyper-critical sensibilities and in order to cope, had to slowly shift format to take on more professional, picture-perfect and sculpted models. Perfect looking models however are not in it for curiosity or pleasure – after all, THEY ARE THE PRODUCT – they’re in it for the money! And so they put on routine, studied, half-assed performances, knowing very well they can maximize their earnings by doing the whole porn circuit.

So while you’all here drooling over this or that perfect, plastic model, REAL amateur guys with REAL personalities, such as the guys who made amateur porn great way back in the day, don’t stand a chance.

So stop complaining about the dead porn industry – you’re the one’s that killed it!

It’s the proliferation of tube sites that allow anyone to see these scenes. Previously they were limited to paying subscribers. Along with the strange people who try to track the models real names and lives through social media, it has really diluted the potential model pool. But sites do get models, some very hot, why can’t CF? Instead it’s old scenes, straight scenes, and a recurring group of maybe 5 guys.

I hope he learns to do it better. Back the camera up a little, and don’t miss shots. And if he is involved in editing- wow, he has a lot to learn.
