I really don’t see much similarities between the two. Yes, they did add some twinks to the roster. But Wess and Clark are far from twinks. Helix’s lineup is more diverse, not just in terms of ethnicity, but age and body type. If you look on the homepage for Cocky Boys, you’ll see how different all those guys are. The Helix site? They pretty much are all shaved down slim/lean guys. Josh and Corbin are the outliers, for different reasons. All their twinks look roughly the same.
