I don’t know. I haven’t really followed his work. That’s part of the problem.

Many people that commit suicide do so out of loneliness, but especially hopelessness. They feel that the situations they are faced with will never change in a hundred years. I don’t know the particulars of why Casey committed suicide, but, specifically within the gay community, sometimes people feel a lack of acceptance. I would imagine this was especially true in decades past.

I would hope if there is a positive to be gained out of this posthumous release, it’s the pleasure that it has brought people and perhaps Casey would be honored that something he did is enjoyed by others. And maybe he found an acceptance within the gay community he didn’t find elsewhere.

There was a time where I could not fap to images or thoughts of a dead person. My thinking on that has evolved. I still fap to Logan from Corbin Fisher. I won’t let the 6 bitches and bastards that took his life ruin that enjoyment for me. Killjoys and trolls exist all through the world, both in real life and on the internet. Their sole purpose is to annoy and disrupt and kill other people’s pleasure. If you let them every time, you will eventually enjoy nothing.

Maybe some people don’t agree with my line of thinking and that’s entirely their prerogative. But a question needs to be asked: Would Casey have preferred to be forgotten? Or would he have preferred to be remembered and know that something he did brought pleasure to many people throughout the world?

I think its not with a bad intention, actually its a good way to remember him and his amazing work, they just release his last scene like when a singer dies and then they release a unseen footage

Wasn’t Colton supposed to be the next big thing? It doesn’t seem like his career went very far.

I feel like it would have been slightly more acceptable had there been an acknowledgment of his death in the above write up. But to just put this out there like this is indeed questionable…and sad.
