The biggest factor that ended the trips was Pete and Connor leaving Corbin Fisher…they were responsible for organizing and supervising all of those trips.

The difference with that is that studios have waaaaay more scenes in their catalogue now than they did 10 years ago. I doubt they have the capabilities to have someone check every day to see if their (in some cases) literally thousands of scenes are available elsewhere through the net. And to that extent, Corbin Fisher used to be gung-ho about going after people who shared their content, but I believe they have been more lax about it recently.

Free porn is one of the big factors

@andrew, I understand that reasoning, but I have two problems with it. One is that MEN releases pretty much one scene a day, all year long, Tube sites do not appear to be interfering with their quantity. The other is Bel Ami. Nothing whatsoever has interfered with their quality. So to me, apathy had more to do with the Corbin Fisher fadeaway As hot as Dane is to me, why pay him to be in almost EVERY scene as opposed to cutting that number in three and giving the rest to two other attractive models? Some of these decisions strike me as coming from people who want the site to keep running but have no interest in doing the work.

Lost revenue is playing a role, I’m sure. But the people who care to make good porn find a way to keep making it. And the hacks keep being hacks.
