In reply to AlexK12. I love that you commented on it! I don’t normally give inordinate thought to my gifs — if they entertain me, I just slap it on there. But I saved this one for two weeks. It was a conscious decision (whose, I don’t know) to market Jimmy Stewart as mostly just a Mr. Rogers type uncle because he was as handsome as almost anyone else in film, certainly as capable of being a heartthrob as some of the more successful leading men of that era. He puts Clark Gable to shame.
