i think the beefier models are a result of popular models being bigger so the studio thinks they models need to be bigger. some of the descriptions on some of the models state as much. i also believe that most of the models want to have “muscular” bodies, which they view as bigger vs. being toned.

i loved lucas, dano and ion, but now i love guys like elio, viggo, ethan, niko, and jack (when he isnt looking tired and worn out). bob and yannis are both great as well. there are a couple of other guys that i find interesting as well.

I wonder which studio has the most between BA and Falcon. Falcon had a 20 year head start, but for most of that time, it was way too expensive to film every week. And Falcon seemed to stick to the feature film model longer than BA did. BA seemed willing to do a one-off scene without it being part of some epic saga about a pizza parlor or a group of frat pledges.

Wouldn’t you say that they have always gone back and forth? I have been watching them since the beginning, although I’m not presenting myself as an expert because there are huge gaps in my knowledge of them, and in the last few years I have only barely made any effort to learn the names. But in the beginning, I thought “what the fuck is the big deal about this studio?” because as I remember it, Johan Paulik was the first breakout star, and I found him staggeringly ordinary. If he hit on me in a bar, there is no way I would reciprocate, even after he got famous. But Lukas (whom I called “loo-kaas” until my friend said, “Would you stop with that? It’s just ‘lucas’!”) was a game changer, and Martin Valko even more so. And it’s been that way ever since, feast or famine so to speak. Dano Sulik, Max Orloff aka Pavel Novotny aka Jan Dvorak (I still resent the clumsy managing of his stardom) … seems like there’s always a full-sized steer on the farm. Surprisingly, Kris Evans never was for me the draw he was for other people, although he was way way above Johan. Honestly now, I don’t even see how Johan could get hired at this studio. I scanned their updates from this year, and unless you just don’t like that type (obviously a valid personal choice), who among their repeat performers would you consider unattractive? I digress.
