Tommy Poulain was originally cast by EastBoys, poached by Staxus, and now with Bel Ami. Bel Ami has been gradually shifted from twink to twunk (a positive IMO). They frequently change their names as to not infringe on other porn sites. Imagine searching for a porn actor and it brings up the other sites, it’s free advertisement.
