By the time I thought of them as being pretty or even really good in the late 00s, I was so hardcore into bareback videos that it was all I was watching. I used to be such an SC fan. I mean that was the porn pop-up that outed me to my dad. There were some seminal scenes there that still gets me: their first bareback scene, Harley scenes (especially with Owen), Pete scenes, Jake scenes, god, those Hawaii scenes. I guess I’ve always considered that site to be the standard. There was a time it was Corbin Fisher and SC all the way. Do you remember when Corbin Fisher and BelAmi did some crossover scenes? However, when MindGeek got into the mix, the standards started dropping, the scenes became more kitchy, and I despised the chutzpah of people like MisterB to claim their output is great. MEN was my favorite before Johnny Rapid became a regular staple. I thought he was cute initially, but when I found his twitter and his somewhat racist/misanthropic statements he turned sour and his scenes just had that awful tinge.

I drag MindGeek every chance I get, but what’s the difference? Do they have a good subdivision? I genuinely liked Bromo at one point even though they were never the best around. They used to produce B+ content. Even before they became a shrine to Bo Sinn, they have been uneven at best. Honestly, their last update in April looked hot but also looked outsourced, which of course Bromo had a tendency to do, and those Euro scenes almost always feel more robotic.

When Brandon Evans, Jaxton Wheeler, Chris Blades, and others were around, the scenes were always worth checking out.
