Yeah, him retweeting Love Island’s tweet about Ethan AND naming Elian and Roman scene “Havana” because he made a parallel between “Love Island” and Havana is super sketchy. If Jason hadn’t had a history of being petty and messy, I would’ve brushed off the possible ulterior motive he had in doing so.

Even if he’s an asshole behind the scene, being petty by airing the porn history isn’t the way to go. That’s why I take a problem with semi-lurker who vow to “Expose these homophobes’s porn work to his family and friends so that they don’t have anywhere else to go other than flashing their ass and dick on OF” because this type of shit plays on the very deeply-rooted stigma of “porn work is low-effort dirty work” that needs to be erased. Even in Jeb’s situation.

As I said elsewhere, the only way they could’ve find out he shot porn right before the show is if someone from the site told them…

It can be, but that would’ve been too coincidental and given that Ethan’s porn situation was already made public by some it would give the show bad reputation for not being inclusive to sex workers instead. They probably don’t want to admit their background check is shoddy at best or they don’t want to bring light to the the situation to unsuspecting fans in either case but they’re also at fault to some degree.

I’m still questioning what the violation is. It’s not like there’s a morality clause or something. I think they got him on something else.

Aaand he got removed because of the “Agreement violation” or whatever. Knew this would’ve happened because I don’t get the feeling this show won’t accept this tidbit of information and Corbin Fisher trying to make a publicity out of it will give a bad consequence for “Ethan.”

Looks like it’s not a show for me. Oh well.

Any update? Corbin retweeting the LI tweet on him and some articles about it makes me think he’ll be unceremoniously shafted because I don’t get the impression that this show is “progressive”.

The point of the show is tempt the couples who are already established by bringing new people in. At certain points they have to recouple, switching between the men and the women doing the picking. At other points the viewers vote on their fave couples who are safe. The other couples are in danger. The safe men pick one or two girls to be safe, the safe women do the same for the guys.

There hasn’t been a vote yet. The new guys are singles. But Noah being picked by one of the other coupled girls is unlikely.

I still don’t understand why they didn’t just start with the whole cast rather than adding random additions several weeks after the show ran.

So among the newcomers he came last on the vote? He’s unlucky, isn’t he?

He doesn’t have enough of a personality to compete with the guys who have been there for weeks and already have a fanbase. The two he came in with are hotter than him and already have a bigger fan vote.

The cast overall looks underwhelming though. He may have bigger chance, but when a lot of them are not really interesting, well…

I’m sure they will. They better be on point with their marketing and release strategy.

Oh yeah, I checked out a clip from the show and the guys I’ve seen so far are all smoking hot! I like the bearded guy the most. I think his name’s Johnny. I also like the guy named Carrington. I wish those guys do porn too. Ethan kinda looked tired next to the other boys, and the goatee isn’t really helping. I wonder if the other boys are doing/have done porn too.
