Oh, I’m not referring to an incident. It’s an industry comment. For so many years, Falcon was the gold standard. (I just posted a comment with a Chad Douglas / Spring Break gif elsewhere to make that very point.) For most of porn history, the more established you were, the better your product was. You could buy a Falcon movie sight unseen knowing that the chance of being disappointed was low. On the other hand, there literally were smaller companies that spent more on the box art than on the movie because before the Internet, the box was all you had to go on.

Now, being an established company means being afraid of taking any risk. They don’t want to do internals because they don’t want to waste the waste the performance fee if you can’t see the load, so they ruin the energy of the scene by shooting that separately. They have their favorite sets, their favorite positions, their favorite lighting, and they film until all the energy is bled out of the encounter. Falcon will probably never release a TERRIBLE scene. I’d say the same of Lucas or Bel Ami. But it’s like watching a Hallmark movie. You’re never going to say “oh, wow!” because they’re never going to give you more than what you got the week before.

My heart definitely skipped a few beats reading Gabriel taking two loads in his mouth . . .
