Sorry, this is random but If I may, I’d like to suggest that you guys watch my fave Filipino gay web series. It’s called Gaya Sa Pelikula (Like In The Movies in english) and it’s only 8 short episodes. The actors said that one of their source materials for preparing for the role was the Before trilogy. All episodes were uploaded on Youtube by Globe Studios, just turn on the subtitles when you watch it. Please check it out if you guys have spare time. Oh, and watch til the end of every episode for the ending quote. Thanks. 😊

I resent you for making me seriously consider watching all three films this weekend, when it’s only Thursday morning, I have multiple shows set to record tonight and my DVR is currently at 98%.

I found Sunset to be the most quietly ambitious. Imagine shooting in a major metropolitan area at sunset over a seven day period? That alone makes the film tough to execute. Add to that the long tracking shots and pages of dialogue. It’s intense. Even so, it doesn’t get the love it deserves.
I haven’t watched TV on cable for a while, but that’s annoying af.

Now that I think about it, it’s not something I see in rotation on the premium channels all that often. Maybe the first and third entries, but I can’t remember the last time a channel aired Sunset.

Edit: Of course I was curious, so I checked on demand. HBOZ is airing Sunrise and Sunset on Sunday, but not Midnight (which is airing on the Indie channel on Friday). I never understand scheduling like that. Like at Halloween time when a network will air Poltergeist and Poltergeist 3. What about 2? I need continuity!

I want to see that too. Dax is a lucky guy.

Blake has the same type of bulgy eyes.

Funny ’cause my initial thought was that he looks like Blake Mitchell without glasses. Now that you mentioned Kevin McHale, I can’t unsee it. LOL!

It definitely did. But, like Sunrise, it hurt so good. The acting, the direction, it is probably my favorite series in cinema.

Problem with this haircut is that it only works on a certain angle. And in porn, you can’t have a lot of bad angles. I think we can all agree that Kyler’s hairstyle looks awful when he first started. LOL!

It’s definitely very 90s Ethan Hawke in Before Sunrise, which oddly works for me, but he definitely needs a better haircut. That said, I’m very, very happy Kyler changed his haircut. That was not even a little flattering. It was so bad. It was so bad it would take me out of the scene.

Yeah, but barely. This hairstyle was a choice. I’ve seen other guys have this haircut and it looks awful. I remember there was a guy from 2019 who had a similar haircut. Can’t recall the name but he’s also one of Clay’s boys.
