I won’t pretend to know the impact of the pandemic on CF’s filming bottom line, because that’s all speculation, and I will definitely own that the “straight guy convinced to have gay sex” is an old narrative that needs to die. If CF was being honest, they could just say that the models are bi, queer, straight, but not in an exploitative way. Performing for a porn company is legitimate work, and we need to destigmatize the “only in it for the money” thing. These are people doing a legitimate job, whether straight, queer or no.
That said, I will say say that CF has been pretty active throughout the pandemic, especially when compared to their competitors, so I while will grant that them charging the same fee is pretty shitty, but they have been pretty active.

Despite the risk of me being repetitive, what pisses me off the most is the fact that this company is owned by a gay man. I mean, this is the sort of narrative you’d expect from Men, Gay hoopla or any other company run by clueless straight men. But Corbin Fisher is run by a gay man – like, what is the matter with him?

So… CF is still wasting gay pairings in co-ed content while we continue to see a reduction of gay updates every week. I’m trying my hardest to understand the fewer gay updates during these difficult times but they’re not making it easy for me. By delivering fewer gay updates and still charging the same amount of fee (or a higher fee for newer members thanks to their price increase) all while continuing to film 2 guys in more co-ed content, they’re really turning this into a scamdemic.

Fair enough. I love CF but this is a real shady practice they’re doing and that needs to be called out. They knew they can easily get away with releasing fewer updates during this pandemic, and they’re taking advantage of that. These studios are acting like they’re the only ones affected by the economic downturn and they seem to forget that customers are affected too. Like, I know America is a rich country and all but they need to remember they have customers from smaller and poorer countries (like mine) too. So for them to charge the same fee while releasing fewer gay updates and then show that they are capable of filming 2 guys in a co-ed update is sketchy and dishonest.

Honestly, kicking Zander out of the room made me laugh more than anything. Zander looked like a cat who’d just been fed, like “Sure, I got what I wanted out of this.” But, yeah…agreed on all fronts.
