I think he genuinely enjoyed filming. Yes some of his acting was a bit over the top but I think he cared about the persona of Archie and pleasing his fans. He didn’t have to go out of his way to release a statement if it was all about money. I really liked him because he seemed like a decent guy and I enjoyed his work and I wish him the best. He knew it was time to step away and he did what was best for his personal life

There is also a possible narrative in which it is not as you see it. Archie could have known this scene was being used, gave MEN his blessing and was even paid something. That scene, which won an award as the Best Gay Scene of last year, is still online to be downloaded, as all his scenes are. His retirement will not take that away. I read that he has one more SC scene to be released. I look forward to seeing if he ends his career with a BANG! The fact that “Archie” will no longer be does not eliminate from the internet the fact that “Archie” once was. I wish him well and hope that any “damage” done to his personal life is minor. He did not abruptly quit. It’s something he took his time thinking about for “a few months” before coming to the “difficult decision” to retire, and then he took the time to give his fans a heads-up.

Crazy doesn’t always keep itself on the internet. Considering some of the irrational, destructive shit people post here about models, I can only imagine the type of stuff he and his family were getting. Calvin has been out of the game for years and years, and you still have people trying to find out where he works. Nobody deserves that kind of intrusion.

He was a (ahem) little bit over the top, but I think that was part of his character since the very first time he graced our porn.
He has a lot of charisma and obviously, he is beyond gorgeous. I just embraced that character. And everything went positively crazy when he started to bottom. But I must say that I hated his scenes at MEN… were horrendous, but I blame MEN direction.

I knew how the scene ended when I wrote what I wrote. A hard dick and an internal didn’t sway my thoughts.
