I know what you mean. The site hasn’t been the same since 2018, and although things started improving in 2020 they’re still far from a full recovery. This is one reason why I always get mad when they release bi scenes because it feels like they’re trying to do more when they’re still not capable of delivering more. It’s not just the pairings though. The lighting hasn’t been flattering to the White models (which at this point, is practically all of their models). The directing and camera work is hit or miss. Chemistry is hit or miss, and when it’s a “miss” the studio tries to present the scene as being hotter than it is. Models who shouldn’t be brought back keep getting brought back. CF used to at least to switch things up every so often. When is the last time they filmed outdoors or even in a different part of that house? Holiday events used to be when they would try something special. Now it seems to feel like they throw out whatever they had laying in the vault. Or worse, whatever sale decorations they can get from the local craft store.

I know the pandemic hit the studios hard, but other sites at least tried different options. They collabed with other studios on content. They bought scenes from models. CF couldn’t even get an increase of solo scenes. That’s about the easiest and most cost efficient content to gather. They could’ve been cultivating relationships with new models in the hopes those models would became part of the new wave once things opened up again. The only thing CF did was stay the same course and cut down updates, while trying to act like it was all one big party on social media. They need new blood in front of and behind the camera. As I’ve said before, it’s never a good idea when sites retain the same ownership for decades. The Bryans and the Jasons and the Randys are so stuck on the idea of what they created, when they created it, that they can’t evolve with the times. And in the case of Jason, there’s only yespeople around who will tell him he’s doing great. Even Kellan had to peace out. Yeah, there are still guys on the site I like, but until they right the ship I’ll be observing from a distance.

Anyway, I’m quite sure this was filmed only this year (probably within the last two months) given their looks and the conversation in the interview so I doubt Elian, Kyler and Riley were still around then. Barron usually have new scenes around this time of the year. Hopefully if and when Elian returns this year, Barron is still available. As you know, I loved that Barron and Dane were paired again but I get what you’re saying. I think the slow release of updates since last year is the reason why the updates are the way they are now. They seem to be stocking up on content these days, probably for them to be more prepared in case the whole world stops again. But the problem with a huge vault of scenes is that updates can feel stale if kept in the vault for too long (like Travis/Zander). Generally, I don’t think the pairings are bad but it’s the release schedule that needs to be managed more properly. I think it’s time they release more scenes so the old updates won’t remain stagnant in their vault for a looong time while simultaneously releasing freshly-filmed scenes.
