I actually have NEVER eaten at a Steak house. Steaks are different cuts of BEEF. I am mostly vegetarian and the meats I normally eat are seafood or poultry. I just checked a Steak House menu and they mostly serve a large assortment of steaks, as I assumed, BUT there are a VERY few other choices, including pork. I actually don’t eat pork that often but I LOVE it. I eat turkey bacon at home, but enjoy sandwiches with pork bacon in them at restaurants, like Panera. I do love eating Canadian bacon, now and then, at home, and pork chops once or twice a year. I LOVE ham, but rarely order a ham sandwich out. It is probably my favorite meat but it has been YEARS since I had any. The flavor, the texture, the color, the tender juiciness. Please, please don’t make me eat pork…I beg of you, Tehehehehe!
