I wasn’t complaining about the “catfish” scenario. Catfishing is a thing, and Gay men lusting for a sexy man who happens to be Straight is a thing, while also hoping he might not be THAT Straight. Just as some Straight people like to believe that a Gay man has just not yet met the right woman, some Gay and Bi men like to believe that a Straight man has just not yet met the right man. Rico was (understandably) the right man in this fantasy. I get that GH could be in a “pickle” getting more bareback performers and that they are therefore lucky that Mason is SOOOOO agreeable to that. But since GH is so clueless (to me) about other things I felt the need to point out that the overuse of the same models will result in their subscribers saying “him AGAIN!” just in case they are as clueless about that as well. You could be right. I’ve never checked TikTok out. I’ve seen TikTok scenes scattered about at other blogs but have never heard the robotic female voice. That is not me arguing with you. It’s me confessing my unawareness of that. My awareness is that TikTok is basically a place where people do dance skits and routines, not porn. So if GH is seeking to get the TikTok crowd as if a porn scene is being uploaded to it that is “so weird” (as you wrote) since it’s incongruent to how TikTok is used and I’m assuming can be used; besides being not sexy. GH’s job is to make the Gay sex scenes sexy. The voice of the male performer setting the scene up, as if he were telling his friends (us) about his sexcapades, is what would make sense to me and start the juices flowing for a scene that basically looks good. Catfishing is a thing and a Gay man lusting for a sexy Straight man is a thing.

you could argue that porn very often shows fantasies that routinely don’t come to fruition in real life. I reckon there is a group of people interested in the catfish scenario. if done right, that is.
