Cyprus is just the tax haven they are using, I’d wager. The records keeper for this site used to be the same as for Maverick Men, though that may just have been legal/accounting overlap.
The original owner of FratX, Sketchy etc was Oughties jock bad boy Jeremy Hall, who had his own Club JH site but presumably aged out or tired of working in front of the camera. I don’t know if he sold off before or was equally responsible for Drill Him and Slam Rush etc.
The hallmark of all these sites has generally been deliberately AWFUL camera work and a shared roster of cute-to-annoying performers. I don’t see them surviving in the new format. Messy messy.
