I still think authenticity is awesome though, and the annoying part is that I used to like that A LOT about CF, SC, and CM. And now with all the plots and stuff, I like it less and less. I really like how SC is capable of bringing out regular fit guys from their homes to have loads of fun at SD, dicks up their asses, and get some cash back home. I’m thinking Joey, Dusty, Ollie, Shaw, Calvin, Conrad, Peter, etc. I really miss those times, and now all the models are on OF and work for lots of studios. The scene and experience is less intense, less authentic, less fun to watch.

I think Active Duty is treading water a little better than SC. I’ve been following Active Duty since what I think was their first ever bareback video 20 years ago, Bareback Barracks Buddies. Maybe it wasn’t good by today’s standards, but it felt very authentic. The guy on the left (Jax) bottomed for the guy on the right (Cowboy), and you could tell he was NOT used to getting fucked. Cowboy wasn’t even trying particularly hard to drill him, but (slightly evident in the second pic) Cowboy was well hung. In the second half of the scene, they flipped and Jax was very clearly trying to revenge-fuck Cowboy. But Cowboy took his cock with no problem. Now everyone at the studio does porn in other places, but back then the authenticity was really sexy.
