i sort of agree with you about 2 sex scenes on BA and up to 2 sex scenes on FM is comparable to other studios in terms of scene count. However, if factor in that BA is on the higher end for monthly subscription prices and FM is a separate monthly sub than they are definitely one of (if not) the highest monthly sub price to get 4 sex scenes a week. At times that price is worth it, especially when you hit few weeks of a favorite performers scenes.

One sex scene in one week pissed me off quite a bit too, though I was trying to be understanding there’s covid, and filming was difficult. To be fair though, they didn’t do this for every week. And even when their backstage kinda does it for me, it can’t replace a sex scene, so if they think a backstage can replace sex scene, I think that’s taken too far, even when I do find many backstages enjoyable to watch.

I’m also not totally into photoshoot, so to be honest, it barely counts for me, I just hope they know that, but then 2 sex scenes a week on both BA and FM should be comparable to other studios, right?

In the past I didn’t quite care about the location too much, but I gotta admit that I did find their previous africa backstage pretty hot and all that definitely does add to the scene. My guess also is that they use Africa to attract some models, and I quite like how they got models to explore their ass holes even when they may not like guys to begin with, and I love it when some of them had too much fun from it. I think it was what SC did so well too, getting guys to come out to the studio for a change of scenary and get fucked! Joey definitely had loads of fun, Calvin was also very cheerful, and I remember how turned on i was when I saw Peter and Shaw finally take it in the ass and come back for more and more.

It’s a shame in the long old days BelAmi thought porn is fantasy and they could write whatever they wanted. When the viewers found out, trust was damaged. Now they made it a lot more real and I think part of their “training” or getting boys to explore their bodies in a fun and “rewarding” way is amazing! I don’t mind they keep stock of videos before releasing them, I know it keeps the model safe and in a way, let them go all out without feeling the effect. Though I don’t quite like their idea that any scenes however long ago it was filmed is considered new. And their release order annoys me a little, though later on they started giving context, so they made up for it.

But I think I need to go explore what you meant by what they did in KB. Mind elaborate a bit more and pick some scenes I should go watch?

Yeah, I mean I’m not against shooting on location, it’s just when you look at the actual sex scene going on in the previews it’s in some white room which looks like it could be any porn set. I mostly just wish that when they traveled to places like this, they try to recruit some of the locals to shoot with their regulars.

that was one of the reasons, i let my membership expire. FM updates once a week with 3 updates, which may include exactly 1 actual sex scene. one of the last updates, included a photoset, another behind the scenes thing and an actual sex scene. so basically, one fucking scene…if you are going to only update once a week, im sorry, 2 of your 3 offerings can NOT be non-sex things.

Despite my cheerful spin, I mostly agree with you here. I think it does add to things when they have sex in scenic places, but it’s so hit or miss as to whether the on-location shoot really looks like a bold change that couldn’t have happened within a 30-mile radius of all the other scenes they’ve shot.

The last time I remember really caring about a location shoot was Randy in Puerto Rico at Sean Cody. That scene with Jakob made me say “WOW,” though it had as much to do with how good they looked to me with those tans.
