I unpack your friends statement differently than you. As I’ve noted before, some here want porn to be more than what it is. They are looking for that scene that will change their lives but no such scene exists. That is the meaning to me of “the best porn video is the one you don’t have,” and never will have. So, they judge the scenes based on their disappointments that their lives are still the same, but they keep looking. Porn is just porn. Something to jerk off to. The constant search for what is not there leads to jadedness. It’s best to keep perspective about porn and not become over saturated in it. Then the hope for that NEW face and body as being possibly the one whose video will change your life is not there any more. The romanticizing of the possibilities of porn ends and porn becomes just porn, as it should.

A friend of mine once joked, “The best porn video is the one you don’t have.” Part of the experience of porn, especially at Chaosmen, Corbin Fisher, and Sean Cody, was discovery. On Monday morning, you were going to see at each studio someone you had never seen before, and the chances were very good that you were going appreciate them whether or not you loved them. The question years ago was always, “Will I ever see them again?” It’s painfully easy to get a beautiful guy to jack off for you. But fucking is a different matter. Even that mystery added a little excitement because the question of their availability made them seem possibly out of reach.

They’ve broken up and gotten back together a few times. It’s my understanding the last breakup was quite bitter and it’s mostly a jealousy issue on Devy’s side. They previously brokeup and unfollowed/blocked each other. Then miraculously a few weeks ago they were back together again and Devy follows Justin now but Justin doesn’t follow Devy. We’ll see where the roller coaster takes us /this/ time…………..

It was fun for me to see that Justin and Devy are still together. When Devy first appeared at SC someone posted that he only had sex with Justin. About a year later that is no longer the case and I wondered if a break-up had occurred. This recent photo of them together suggests maybe not. Devy has just perhaps become comfortable now moving into a more sexually open phase in their relationship.
