I doubt either is Jasper in a new form. The syntax and methodology are different from his previous incarnations.

Positive Jasper Pineapple will not pass the opportunity to declare this place as toxic again on another different place after seeing this.

He trolls people and then looks for validation for his trolling. Just like his buddy, who knocks every comment his disagrees with as negative, but will then go on a Helix rant saying disparaging things about their models and twinks in general.
