Someone or some entity issued a (likely bogus) DMCA complaint to Disqus. This happens ALL of the time when you run an adult site. We are constantly filing counter-claims with Google. Anyhow, when this happens Disqus essentially has a ‘zero tolerance’ policy and will fully remove the Disqus.com based forum for the allegedly infringing account. Habeas corpus is not possible with Disqus; once they have adjudicated a DMCA complaint, you’re done! No doubt, this system can and will be abused by ne’er-do-wells who are aware of the damage it can potentially do. I realize that it was more convenient to stay on the Disqus forum. The only apparent work-around would be to enter your initial comment on the Waybig.com comment area, then field any replies in your Disqus account. Disqus has an API that recreates their forum on other domains; we’ll look into this. Apologies for the inconvenience, but unfortunately this is what happens when you play in someone else’s sandbox; they make the rules!

It’s a Disqus issue. I’ve reached out to their support team and am awaiting a response. I’m guessing it is a bug that’s related to DMCA take-down request system. Rather than removing an allegedly infringing comment, they just take down the entire forum.

Cheers mate it s the main Disqus page I have an issue with. But the moderator has contacted me so will contact them later.
