It's a lot more common a man's name in the UK, I think.

It's definitely a bit strange for my American sensibilities. I've only ever seen the name used towards females, but I did a google search and found out that it is aparently a unisex name with latin origins that means "full of life". I like it, in much the same way I like the french name, Etienne, which to me sound feminine, but is actually not. From Google:

Originally a masculine name, it is now predominantly used as a feminine name in English-speaking countries, though it remains gender-neutral and can be used for both genders.

What do you think of that name? It's almost certainly not his real name, so I don't understand the motive for that kind of weird distraction. A porn name should be a marketing tool. It is like a doorway that we must pass through to get to the person and their work. Unless he just has no aspiration to do more than a few pics and scenes, or unless there's a culture gap here that I'm not understanding, this doesn't make sense to me.
