This was NOT a good scene.

I don't know what was going on behind the scenes in the making of this, but there was very little sizzle at play here. Jesse and Rocky put together were not pushing his buttons. It was very much a paint by numbers kind of scene. By the end you could look at it offering up the high praise, "Yep. That's a threeway. They tagged him." I know the star rating option on Corbin Fisher has been useless window dressing on the site for years now, but I went out of my way to click on it a 3/5. In the case of the three performers here, the parts did not equal the sum.

I'll grant you there's a little more human interaction here. Even Barron has been hard to reach in recent episodes, Rocky shows very little affect or desire, and Jesse doesn't usually help ramp up the connection. Tiny spark this time. Nothing to write home about.
