Incident #132 at BoysHalfwayHouse<\/a>:<\/h3>\n

Whenever we get a roughneck like this, we make sure that he has all of the tools to succeed, but more often than not, they don’t make use of them to better themselves. Just because you can hold down a day job for two weeks at a time doesn’t make you a success in life. Like most people, he has dreams. I knew before I walked into his room that he had been over at one of the local watering holes after he finished laying bricks (or whatever it is he does to earn his rent money). He was way too well dressed for outdoor work, that’s for sure. He was smoking a cigarette in bed, too. I guess that explains the 15 burn holes in his bed spread.
