Caesar Bellacotti's Feet

It's only been a couple of weeks since Caesar was tickled last, but Franco's in the mood for foot tickle torture and Caesar's feet are crazy ticklish. He straps Caesar face down on the tickling table and tickles his size 9 1/2 feet through his athletic socks. Caesar screams and begs for mercy, but his howls go unanswered. After only a few minutes, Caesar whimpers with submission, but Franco continues the torture. Using fingers, brushes and soap savers, Franco tickle tortures the fuck out of Caesar's socked and bare feet. Franco takes his time, tickling Caesar between his toes and along the ridges of his smooth, bare soles. Like a mad scientist, Franco uses one implement after another to exploit Caesar's vulnerable feet. His screeches and begs, squirms and flails, but this little piggy has no escape. He'll only be set free when Franco is satisfied. For good measure, Franco also tickles C.B. between his legs, in his armpits and along his ribs, making Caesar spontaneously apologize for being a bad boy.
