Angel of Bogota reunites with the young barber, Jake Beach, from File 48 when he reaches out looking for money once again. This time, however, Angel refuses to repeat the same arrangement. Instead, the barber introduces a friend who also needs cash, setting the stage for an unexpected new encounter. Although the newcomer has little experience, Angel patiently starts from the beginning, proving that this fresh pairing could be well worth the effort for everyone involved.
