We try to punish them, but often it is one guy's word against the other, so it is difficult to discern exactly who is telling the truth. However, when an idiot resident jacks something from a Manager, even a junior manager, then it's game on. This resident, for example, needed to learn a lesson, and learn it hard. It was apparent that this newb had never sucked a cock, let alone had anything up his ass, but he had pissed off the Manager so bad that there was little empathy in the room.
