May 1, 20:18, 3:20 p.M. VOYEURISM. One perp, 22 year old caucasian male, 5’10” was detained after a clerk reported that he was loitering in the dressing room. The perp was escorted to the back room by the loss prevention officer (Mike Maverick), who suspected the young man of using a cell phone to record naked girls in a retail dressing room without their knowledge. Suspect denied the accusation, but a search of his phone uncovered all the evidence the officer needed. Rather than involve law enforcement, the officer exercised his discretion to teach him a lesson about violating the privacy of others, and the suspect was released without further legal consequences.
