As time has gone on and the “wound” has healed, I must admit that of all the QBs in the NFL I would rather have had Tom Brady be the one to do it. Aside from his amazing talent which makes him one of if not the GOAT (Greatest of All Time) QBs in the NFL, his backstory of being picked #199 in the draft added to his amazing life and great look and personality make for an extraordinary package. As for the Seahawks I’m relatively new to Seattle and traditionally had been a SF 49ers fan since I lived in SF for about 15 years. But when I moved here in 2011 there was an intensity of football mania (without going overboard as it did in Texas where I grew up) that SF didn’t have especially considering that the Seahawks were really considered a sort of second or even third tier team having only gone to the SB once and lost. It was palpable. It all culminated, of course, in the resounding victory over Denver and Peyton Manning (certainly on the list of GOATs). This town exploded. It was a lot of fun.

As for Russell Wilson his story is unique and appealing as well. He is one of the shortest if not the shortest QBs ever to play in the NFL and was deemed by the “experts” to be an adequate QB but would never be top tier. Well, he has certainly proved them wrong! Think “the little engine that could”. Anyway, aside from this attractive feature his is one of the sexiest if not the sexiest young players in the NFL. When he is in a scruffy beard and curly hair mode he is unbelievably sexy. I’m just surprised that he hasn’t gotten more attention for his looks.
