A lot of residents we see these days have had run-ins with newer problems, most of which stem from easier access to illicit party favors, advanced social media and general peer pressure, and etc. This guy, however, he seems to be the traditional sort. A little too much to drink, the need for speed (in a car), and one toke over the line. Well, even the old-fashioned types of fun can get a person in trouble as well. Shouldn't be too difficult to help him mend his ways.
