I really don’t want to be al doom and gloom but i really think they did not have much choice in releasing this, it was probably the only scene they got. Why else release two scenes with Toby in a row (last week the same with Beau). I don’t know how many scenes models film when they are over there but i think two, that would mean they have released the scenes they have with Beau, Max and Toby who shared the three new scenes they released since late October. The ratings for Toby’s scenes are pretty generous but i think that is down to his scenes partners. I wonder what they are releasing for their next gay scene.

I think the problem is that there is simply too many damn studios in existence. When I first came around to gay porn in late 05, there were a handful of sites. I’m not sure why you had to bring color into the discussion. If Toby were resting on his ethnic laurels he would be another Warren. It didn’t need to be said. Had you said “I don’t like Toby for reasons X, Y and Z” there would’ve been no issue. But to imply models of color are just sitting around doing nothing and getting jobs because they’re non-White is inaccurate. Maybe at an ethnic fetish studio that might be the case, but certainly not at a whitebread studio like Corbin Fisher. For a non-White model to excel here, he has to be close to exceptional, hung, fat ass, vers and so many other things. Carter was super hot and his reception wasn’t great. And not much has changed since then. Instead of just dismissing Toby as a model you didn’t like, you made it a point to discredit the work of other models of color. I hate to jump into a discussion about color, but I have to say that POC are routinely held to a higher standard here as evidenced by the many negative comments they get. When a white model of the same attractiveness gets rave reviews. This is a reflection/microcosm of the real world where POC have to be twice as good or better to be on the same level or given the same opportunity as whites. I happen to think Toby is very attractive, but I tend to take in the face plus the body, and his is a nice combination of a multiracial background. But then, I like light-golden skin very much.

Yeah, no. This is what I wrote on Toby’s solo: I hope against hope Toby isn’t part Black. Because if he is and they gave him that name? I can’t. I wrote that addressing long-standing history regarding Black or multiracial models. Dixon’s original bio was racially sloppy if I’m remembering correctly. What I did not do is say he was only here because of his ethnicity. I didn’t even state Toby was Black definitively because I don’t know what he is.
