well, i like to give ppl the benefit of the doubt in most cases. i was prolly a bit naive even believing those fake write ups about the scenes.
jamie doesn’t come across like the kind of guy who would have issues with landon, so i’m thinking the hold up goes further up the line … they prolly want to exhaust jamie with every other white guy and then throw him to landon for sloppy seconds… assuming landon is still on call.
Whatever issues Jamie may have with getting fucked by Landon, they are his issues, unless he makes a public statement, everything is conjecture. If he doesn’t want to work with Jamie it is his choice.

Actually it’s not quite that simple. If Jamie is truly gay-4-pay (as so many of these models now fashionably claim), then his “issues” should cease to exist once he signs a performance contract.
As long as what your employer is asking you to do is not illegal, outside the scope of your responsibilities or potentially harmful, then your supposed “issues” are just something for you to work out with your therapist or priest.
Otherwise this reasoning sounds suspiciously like an apologia for diva-ish, obnoxious or repulsive behavior.

Well, gay-4-pay or not, sex in front of a camera is not your typical 9-5 job which your reasoning makes it out to be. if the guy has certain boundaries and issues, yes of course they are his problem, I do not think his “employer” has any way to compel him to go beyond those supposed boundaries, other than offering him more money or firing him. The employer will do what is in his best interest, as will the employee , and the paying subscriber also in turn. It is difficult if not impossible to apply professional ethics and duties when performing sexual acts for money.
You people with your guesses and conjuncture based off of what? A one-line blurb in write-up 3 months ago? Unreliable blurbs at that. There could be tons reasons why Jamie or anyone else has not been matched with Landon. Most likely schedules didn’t match up, maybe Landon didn’t like Jamie or maybe you’re right. I never suggested or implied that it was a “normal” 9-5 to job, but if a valid contract was drawn up and signed then that contract is protected by the full weight of law. Otherwise why would these companies bother having their talent sign a contract in the first place (that limits rights and spells out mutual obligations) if that contract had no value or offered no method of enforcement or means of redress in the event of a breach?

NO employer can actually force ANY employee to do anything against his/her will (regardless of profession). But there are often harsh consequences for non-compliance with legitimate requests, including but not limited to being sued for breach of contract and/or loss of potential revenue and being forced to abide by the standard non-compete clauses found in many performance contracts.
Yes, money (both as reward and punishment, stick or carrot) can be a great motivator. So there is recourse for “compelling” a recalcitrant employee to honor the terms of a contract – even in the porn world.
the reason why all this is a big deal is bcos the best tops (landon) are not being paired with the best bottoms (jamie, kurt, calvin)and the only obvious reason seems to be with color.
