I have been watching porn since 1993, not counting the softcore scraps on premium cable. What has made me even more discerning, surprisingly, is this board and responses to Sean Cody. Honestly, is anyone going to try to make a case for music being better in 2025? Even if you weren’t alive in 69 (I wasn’t), I just think that if you’re exposed to enough of it, you come to accept that what made the industry great back then reached a point where it was almost inexplicably good, and those conditions just don’t exist anymore. It doesn’t even matter if someone today can sing (or fuck) as well. No one has the skill to nurse the talent that’s out there.

Whew, I really abandoned my “not saying a word” vow. I hope that explanation wasn’t tedious! Remember what I said about people’s passions running annoyingly high? lol! I was pushed to love porn more than I otherwise would have because of the talent I witnessed back then, and it’s hard to move on. This is a good time to acknowledge the incredibly sad passing of Jamie, who was as much a part of the magic of 2012 as anyone else.

Just making sure everyone knows my breaking news was well sourced. I saw it not just on Twitter, but DataLounge, MOP, and below. And yes, Fummer, he was a craven slut, and I say that with TOTAL reverence.
