Did you consider a prothesis, or are you just comfortable with being alive and functional?

I did my research and considered a prosthesis but the inherent safety risks from any kind of cosmetic implant are no different than a prosthesis and, primarily, that was enough for me to say, “No.”

Plus, while I am no fan of silicone filling from a safety perspective, if I was willing to accept all the risks – and there are many – I’d want a silicone-filled prosthesis and right now only saline-filled is available.

When the FDA ban on silicone breast implants was lifted, for some reason, silicone testicular prostheses were never reintroduced.

I hooked up with a guy who had one (saline) and he was very dissatisfied with it and I could understand why. It was hard as a rock.

From what I have read, a lot of guys ultimately them removed and I can see why.

It’s only been 3 weeks since my surgery and I’ve already adapted. Sure, I look at these guys and I’m reminded that I don’t look like them. But I didn’t look like them before. At least, as WayBig goes, “That’s porn.” There’s porn with guys who look like me. It’s on XTube. Or happening live on the patios of any bar South of Market in San Francisco.

That’s why I have, with rare exception, not been one to say, “He has an ingrown hair near his ankle. He really needs to address that before he goes on camera again!”

In his video with Brandon, I loved the scene in the middle, when they were out by the pool horsing around playing whiffle ball. Seemed so relaxed and at ease, very appealing.
