This next door neighbor, PJ, is a 28 year old financial advisor at a bank. His muscular physique and handsome good looks made him a natural choice for a next door male. NDB ran into PJ at the gym, where one of their scouts saw him working out his ripped back. She approached him and asked if he was into fitness and health. It was obvious enough, given how he fills out his shirt with his huge pecs and arms, so it was no surprise when he jumped into how he does some in-home personal training for a few “special” clients.
