I can’t see how a guy who spends every day at the gym, then hours shaving his body, then maintaining an all over tan, could possibly find the 14 hours a day for med school and studying. He could be taking some courses at a vocational school to give some therapy at a sports medicine clinic, which is closer to being a masseur than a doctor.
